Deliverables: Inspect wiring systems, fuse boxes, switches, sockets, light fittings, earthing, bonding, switch box labelling, circuit breakers, and conductor compliance. Report findings, provide repair/replacement quotes, and issue COCs compliant with SANS 10142-1, SANS 1475-1, SANS 1475-2, and SANS 10105. Services must be delivered within 7 working days of official order (unless agreed otherwise). Quality: Work must meet high standards; products must be SABS-certified or equivalent. Submit a completed and signed SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule (Professional Services) with all applicable taxes included. Pricing must cover fixed/baseline services (inspections, COC issuance, reports), labour rates (hourly for electricians, assistants, engineers, call-outs), repair/maintenance (per unit/job), and compliance testing (per circuit/DB). Rates apply per activity; no minimum work volume is guaranteed. Payment is based on actual work executed. Emergency/after-hours rates apply outside normal hours. All replacements require prior ATNS approval. Grand total will be used for price evaluation. Contract ceiling value determined by ATNS.
Administrative Requirements: Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (valid for 60 days), latest full CSD registration report, CIPC registration documents, proof of shareholding (shareholder certificates + ID copies of shareholders/directors), valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs), completed SBD forms (SBD 1 Part A, SBD 1 Part B, SBD 4), and GCC acknowledgment. Mandatory Requirements: Compulsory site visit attendance (sign register), CIDB Grading 2EB or higher (or proof of application), valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, Electrical Wiremanβs License (DoL), and KwaZulu-Natal locality footprint proof (e.g., municipality bill, lease agreement, or MoU with local partner). Failure to meet any mandatory requirement results in automatic disqualification.
