Grand Total (including VAT @15%) will be used for price evaluation. Contract is 'as-and-when-required' with no guaranteed minimum volume. Payment based on actual work executed. No work/repairs without prior written approval. Rates must cover all applicable taxes. Markup percentages for materials/consumables must be specified.
Administrative Requirements: Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (valid for 60 days), latest full CSD registration report, CIPC registration documents, proof of shareholding (shareholder certificates + ID copies of shareholders/directors), valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs), completed SBD forms (SBD 1 Part A, SBD 1 Part B, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), and GCC acknowledgment. Mandatory Requirements: Compulsory site visit attendance (sign register), CIDB Grading 2SF or higher (or proof of application), valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, SAQCC registration as Gas Suppression Technician, SAQCC registration as Fire Detection Technician, proof of locality footprint in KwaZulu-Natal (e.g., municipality bill, lease agreement, or MOU with local partner).
