Pricing: Submit Firm Prices Form (MBD 3.1) or Non-Firm Prices Form (MBD 3.2). Non-firm prices subject to escalation using specified formula (85% adjustable, 15% fixed). Prices must include all applicable taxes (VAT excluded but must be shown separately). Payment terms: 30 days from receipt of invoice and statement of account. Payment method: Elect cheque or EFT within 14 days of purchase order award; default is cheque. Submit banking details (cancelled cheque and letterhead) to Financial Department, City Power, P.O. Box 38766, Booysens, 2016. Invoices must comply with VAT Act and include: PO number, item descriptions, unique invoice number, issue date, company registration number, VAT number, and delivery note number. Monthly statements due by the 10th of the following month.

Requirements: Waste must be classified, stored, and transported per SANS standards (e.g., SANS 10228, SANS 10231). Hazardous waste requires a waste manifest system and safe disposal certificates. Storage facilities for general waste (>100 m³) or hazardous waste (>80 m³) must be registered. Waste must be disposed of at licensed facilities within 18 months if not reused, recycled, or recovered. Personnel must be trained in waste management.
