Source: Bid Notice BV1063.pdfSubmit tender in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with bid number (BV1063/2026) and description, to the tender box at Breede Valley Municipality, Credit Control Offices, 53 Baring Street, Worcester, by 11:00 on 12 June 2026. Late, telephonic, electronic, or emailed bids will be rejected. Collect bid documents from SCM Offices, 51B Baring Street, Worcester, from 8 May 2026 during office hours (08:00β13:00, 13:30β15:00). Hard copies cost R230 (non-refundable, payable by cash/EFT); electronic copies are free. Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting on 20 May 2026 (11:00, SCM boardroom) is mandatory. Late arrivals (after 11:15) will be excluded. Site visit follows the meeting.
