• Scope: Psychometric assessment services for executive and senior management recruitment, on an as-and-when-required basis.
• Duration: 10 months.
• Deliverable: In-depth, professional, integrated reports for executive and senior management levels.
• Technical requirements:

– Tests must be scientifically validated and normed for the South African population.

– Assessments must be unbiased against any employee or group.

– Must offer a range covering: cognitive ability, interests, analytical ability (quantitative and qualitative), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), management style, personality, and competency-based assessments.

• Minimum experience: 5+ years providing psychometric assessment services specifically for executive and senior management.
• Reference letters (minimum 3) must contain ALL of the following — incomplete letters will not be considered:

– Client name.

– Client company letterhead.

– Contact person with email/telephone.

– Description of service provided.

– Contract duration (start and end dates).

– Value of the contract.

• Allocated resources: Must provide detailed CVs and qualifications of Industrial Psychologists or registered Psychometrists who will manage the account.
• HPCSA registration required for practitioners administering and interpreting assessments.
• Only HPCSA-classified/certified tests (valid, reliable, fair) are permissible.
• POPIA compliance mandatory.

• Submit a fixed written quotation for a 10-month period.
• Pricing must cover 20 executive assessments (EA).
• The quotation must address all specified assessment areas:

– Cognitive Ability.

– Interests.

– Analytical Ability (Quantitative and Qualitative).

– Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

– Management Style.

– Personality.

– Competency-based assessments.

• No pricing format beyond 'fixed written quotation' is specified in the document.

• Tax: Valid Tax PIN from SARS.
• B-BBEE: Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• CSD: Central Supplier Database report.
• SBD forms: All must be completed and signed.
• Professional registration:
