Start-ups (<12 months old) exempt but must submit first-year statements if awarded. Cataloguing information may be required post-award; include pricing for it if applicable.
Tenderers must not be: from sanctioned countries; submitting multiple tenders (except within system limits); in conflict of interest; restricted by National Treasury/Eskom; on Tender Defaulters list; signing with unauthorized persons; subcontracting 100% of scope. Joint ventures must have joint and several liability agreement. Must be eligible to do business with Eskom/state-owned companies.
