deployed personnel and the screen results be made available prior to deployment.

3.1 Health and safety risk management

a. The Contractor shall adhere to all OHS Legal requirements, OHS corporate policies, standards

and procedures to which Eskom subscribes and as indicated on the issued SHE specification.
