Provision of ambulance and medical services for artscape events (2026)

Artscape requires ambulance and medical services for two events. Event 1: Concert at First Community Centre, 10 Lansur Road, Hanover Park, on 11 July 2026 from 12:00 to 18:00. Event 2: Women’s Arts Ability Festival at Artscape Theatre, DF Malan Street, Foreshore, on 09 August 2026 from 09:00 to 17:00. Services required: 1x ILS representative, 1x BBA representative, all necessary medical equipment, and an ambulance on site for each event.

Closing date: 06 July 2026 at 13h00. Event 1: 11 July 2026 from 12:00 to 18:00. Event 2: 09 August 2026 from 09:00 to 17:00.

VAT). All prices must be firm and VAT inclusive. Additional rows can be added as needed. Brochures or catalogues may be submitted with the quotation.

The 80/20 price/preference point system applies. Price (80 points) is scored using: Ps = 80(1 - (Pt - Pmin)/Pmin). Preference points (20 points) are awarded based on B-BBEE status levels, ranging from 20 points (Level 1) to 0 points (Non-compliant). The bidder with the highest total adjudication points wins.
