Submit in person to EHC head office (Angus and Victoria Street, Germiston, 1400, next to Fire Station) in a sealed envelope. Clearly state the RFQ number (EHC/DSTV/2026) and description on the envelope. Drop the bid document in the red tender box at reception and sign the submission register. No late submissions will be accepted. The RFQ document is available for download on the EHC website (www.ehco.org.za) and the National Treasury e-tender portal. The entity reserves the right to: award the bid in part or in full, not make any award, request further technical information post-closing, verify bidder information, withdraw or amend bid conditions, or remedy incorrect awards lawfully. Submissions are subject to POPIA.
Supply and deliver 15 units of Defy hob 600 slimline 4-plate stove with control switches. Installation and commissioning of stoves must leave them in working order. A site visit is required to confirm the scope. Minimum of three (3) written references from previous commercial or residential projects are required.
Pricing must be VAT inclusive and include all related costs. Submit a completed pricing schedule on company letterhead, including quantity, unit price, and total. Provide a valid bank letter (not older than three months) confirming financial capacity or access to short-term financing. A signed undertaking confirming availability of sufficient financial resources for project delivery is required.
Mandatory compliance requirements: Active CIDB status with grading of 1GB or higher. Certified copy of Director’s ID (not older than three months from closing date). Proof of CIPC registration, including a document with Directors’ full names and ID numbers. Up-to-date municipal account/statement (not in arrears for more than 90 days). If a lessee, provide a valid original or certified copy of the lease agreement. Valid Tax PIN. CSD report. Signed MBD Forms. B-BBEE affidavit or certificate (failure to comply will forfeit points under the 80/20 system).
