Submit sealed tenders marked with tender number and description to the Municipal tender box at 26 Church/Kerk Street, Oudtshoorn, by 12:00 on 26 February 2026. Tenders will be opened publicly immediately after at the SCM Office, 26 Church/Kerk Street. Submit fully completed original tender documents, valid for 120 days post-closing. Tender documents cost R382.00 (hard copy) or free via email (PDF). Hard copies only provided upon payment receipt at SCM Offices. Late submissions or bids from persons in the service of the state will be disqualified.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 Preference Point System under the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (2022) and Oudtshoorn Municipality’s SCM Policy. Scoring: Price (80 points), B-BBEE (10 points), Locality (10 points for Oudtshoorn, 5 for Garden Route, 2 for Western Cape, 0 otherwise). Municipality reserves the right to reject any tender or accept part of it and is not bound to accept the lowest bid or highest-scoring bidder.

Supply, install, and maintain: intrusion alarm system, security beams, CCTV camera system. Provide 24-hour armed response services. Contract period ends 30 June 2027.
