• Contract Manager (20 points): CV in prescribed format, SACPCMP registration (Engineering/Project Management/Built Environment), certified ID, and qualification certificates. Non-compliance results in zero points.
• Site Agent (10 points): CV in prescribed format, SACPCMP registration (Engineering/Project Management/Built Environment), certified ID, and qualification certificates. Non-compliance results in zero points.
• Safety Officer (10 points): CV in prescribed format, Health and Safety qualification, certified ID, and qualification certificates. Non-compliance results in zero points.
• ISO 9001:2015 Certification (10 points): Valid certificate for 'The provision of Construction services'.
• Key Plant and Equipment (10 points): Proof of ownership for all machinery/equipment. For leased equipment, a commitment letter from the provider and proof of ownership from the supplier are mandatory. Lease agreements without proof of ownership score zero.
