• Shoes (3 pairs): Size 8, colours: black, brown (navy/light), navy blue.
• Ties (3 each): Two black (different designs), one blue.

• Goods must conform to standards mentioned in the bidding documents.
• The purchaser may inspect the supplier’s premises and records.
• All pre-bid testing is at the bidder’s cost.

• For consortia/joint ventures/subcontractors, each party must submit separate tax compliance documents.
• B-BBEE: Submit an active B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) to qualify for preference points.
• Foreign suppliers: If not resident in RSA, have no branch/permanent establishment/income/tax liability in RSA, then a TCS PIN is not required.
• No bids accepted from persons in the service of the state or companies with such directors/members.
• Ensure VAT registration number is provided.

• Contract duration: Offer valid for 90 days from closing date.
• Payment: Within 30 days of invoice receipt, in South African Rands, fixed price inclusive of VAT.
• Warranty: Goods are new, unused, with a warranty of 12 months after delivery or 18 months after shipment.
• Penalties: Late delivery may incur penalties based on prime interest rate.
• Termination: For default, corruption, or fraudulent practices.
• Dispute resolution: Attempt amicable resolution, then mediation, then South African courts.
• The purchaser reserves the right to negotiate with shortlisted bidders, call for presentations, and award to more than one respondent.
• Service providers may not use non-South African citizens without valid work permits.
