Scope: Provide 32 trips of 3 x 15-seater minibuses (45 people per trip) from designated ward pick-up points to four clusters: New Rest (New Rest Stadium), Six Trees (Kwabhala/Six Trees Sports Field), Ndaliso (Holly Cross/Ndaliso S.S.S), Sigcawu (Ngqandulo). Each cluster has 8 wards with specified pick-up points. Bidders must be taxi owners and members of a Taxi Association (proof required).
Firm prices only (no price adjustments). Prices must include VAT, all taxes, transport, overheads, and delivery costs. Pricing schedule must be submitted in RSA currency. Bid validity: 90 days from closing date. Payment terms: Within 30 days after receipt of invoice and delivery note.
Mandatory: Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (original, not certified copy) or TCS Pin printout. CSD registration required; provide CSD number if no TCS available. For consortia/joint ventures, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD proof. Bidders must not be listed on National Treasuryβs Database of Restricted Suppliers or Register of Tender Defaulters. No bids accepted from persons in the service of the state. Completed MBD4 (Declaration of Interest) and MBD8 (Past SCM Practices) required. Proof of company registration number required.
