Scope: Provide conservator services for the 'Materiality' exhibition at Iziko Museums of South Africa. Pricing must include all costs for conservator services (monthly rate, inclusive of labour). Submit a formal detailed quotation with a cost schedule on company letterhead, including full cost breakdown, VAT @15%, disbursements, and escalations (if applicable). Payment terms: (1) Based on deliverables for services rendered. (2) Only for work completed satisfactorily, with approved invoices from the project manager. (3) Offer valid for 60 days from bid closing date. No price variations allowed after award.
Mandatory documents: (1) Central Supplier Database (CSD) Report with supplier number and company details (www.csd.gov.za) and Tax Status Verification PIN with tax registration number. (2) Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit. (3) Signed Request for Quotation Document. (4) Valid Tax Certificate and/or Tax PIN. (5) SBD 4 (Bidderβs Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) must be completed.
