Submit the fully completed original tender document in a sealed envelope to the tender box at Kannaland Municipality – Building, 32 Church Street, Ladismith by 12:00 (GMT+2) on 10 July 2026. The envelope must clearly display the bid number (KANNA 21/2026), title, and closing date. Late bids, or those submitted by email or fax, will be rejected. Tenders must remain valid for 90 days after the closing date. The tender box will be emptied just after 12:00 on the closing date, and all bids will be opened in public. Tender documents must be obtained from the Supply Chain Unit at a non-refundable cost of R 640.20 per set (available in print or electronic format). Payments must be made via cash or bank deposit to: Account Holder: Kannaland Municipality, Bank: Standard Bank, Account Number: 420543562, Branch: Ladismith, Branch Code: 051001, Reference: KANNA 21/2026. Documents are available during office hours (Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00). The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of it, and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or award to the highest-scoring bidder.

Appointment of a panel of service providers for a period of three (3) years to: undertake risk infrastructure planning, raise funding, and implement key municipal projects for Kannaland Municipality.

Mandatory submissions: valid original tax clearance certificate, B-BBEE certificate, and certified copies of directors’ and owners’ identities. Prospective service providers must register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) without delay. The Municipality reserves the right not to award tenders to suppliers not registered on the CSD.

The Municipality reserves the right to: withdraw any invitation for tenders, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of it. The Municipality is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or award the contract to the highest-scoring bidder.

Evaluation will follow the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022, and Kannaland Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy. The bidder with the highest points will be awarded the contract.
