Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided. The bid is subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 and the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022, the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and other special conditions of contract. Evaluation Criteria
Source: LDPT-LIFTS-JACKS-07-05-2026.pdfThe evaluation criteria are as follows: Stage 1A - Mandatory Requirements; Stage 1B - Other Technical Mandatory Requirements; Stage 1C - Other Mandatory Requirements; Stage 2 - Price (80) and Specific Goals (20). The 80/20 preference point system will be used. A maximum of 80 points is allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals.

The bidder will be responsible for onsite training and a bolt-on maintenance contract for a period of five years.

1. Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of eight (8) bus column lifts.
2. Supply and delivery of eight (8) support stands (four for Pretoria, four for Cape Town).
3. Electrical connection of each lift with circuit protection.
4. Commissioning of each lift.
5. Training for the client on usage and daily maintenance of the lifts.
6. Provide a three‑year monthly service and maintenance contract, including equipment calibration, for all lifts.
Deliverables are to be fully operational at the specified locations (Pretoria and Cape Town).
