CIDB grading requirement: 5CE or higher. Key personnel required: Project Leader (Registered Professional Engineer/Technologist with 5+ years post-graduate experience, ECSA-registered, recent Client’s Agent role), Project Engineer (qualified Engineer/Technologist with 5+ years infrastructure experience), Contract Manager (qualified Engineer/Technologist/Technician with 3+ years contract supervision experience). All key personnel must be full-time, permanent employees. Support team and design software details must be provided. Professional indemnity insurance (minimum R20,000,000) is mandatory. Compliance with GCC 2015, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Construction Regulations 2014 required.

Non-refundable bid document fee: R1000.00, payable to Moretele Local Municipality (ABSA, Account: 405 331 7014, Branch: 632005). Proof of payment or debit card required; no cash accepted. Pricing must be fixed, final, and binding for the contract duration (no adjustments for inflation or foreign exchange).
