Additional requirements: Solution architecture, implementation methodology, risk register, project schedule, UAT, and documentation (as-built diagrams, configuration, training). 24/7/365 support with MTTR (1 hour) and MTTR (4 hours) for critical response. Quality of Service (QoS) for voice/data prioritisation, diagnostic/monitoring capabilities, and monthly uptime reports.
