Quotation must include the total price (all taxes included, less unconditional discounts). The rand value of the contract will determine whether the 80/20 or 90/10 preference point system applies.
Submit proof of company registration (CIPC) and ownership structure to claim preference points for B-BBEE-related goals (HDI, Black Women, disability, youth). Fraudulent claims may lead to disqualification, contract cancellation, or legal action.
The tender requires training for 3 individuals to obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification. The training must cover the PMP Examination Content Outline, including: Domains (People, Process, Business Environment), tasks (e.g., manage conflict, lead a team, plan and manage schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, procurement, and compliance), and enablers (practical examples of work associated with each task). Evaluation uses the 80/20 preferential point system. Mandatory: Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Preferential points (20 total) awarded for: 50% or more ownership by Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI) (5 points), 51% or more ownership by Black Women (5 points), at least one owner with a disability (5 points, confirmed by a physician’s letter), or at least one owner is a youth (5 points, certified ID copy required).
Provide Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification training for 3 people online. Training must include: PMI® Membership, PMP Exam Prep Course (offered by PMI), and preparation for the PMP Exam. Course must be developed and validated by PMP certification holders. Candidates should have 3-5 years of project management experience.
Invoice payment will be made after delivery of goods/services and within 30 days, as per the National Treasury Act. Quotation prices must remain valid for 30 days after the closing date.
Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Proof of specific goals (if applicable) must be submitted, including: Share Register/CSD Report for 50% HDI ownership or 51% black women ownership, medical professional’s letter confirming disability, or certified ID copy for youth ownership.
Closing date: 8 June 2026 at 09:00 AM. Quotation validity period: 30 days after closing date.
