Scope: Strategy Programme Training for 1 person. Format: 3 days physical (face-to-face) in Johannesburg + online follow-up session 4-6 weeks later. Outcome: Short course. Modules: 1) Strategy as a Dynamic Process (definition of strategy, strategy development, tests of good strategy, market/customer insight, reflection exercise). 2) Principal Strategy Perspectives (strategy as organisational learning, analysis, creativity, reflection exercise). 3) Leading Execution and Change (building blocks of execution, change agenda, change leadership toolkit, reflection exercise, personal action plan).

Payment terms: Invoice paid after delivery of goods/services, within 30 days as per National Treasury Act. Pricing must be valid for 30 days after closing date.

Bidder must certify the following in the SBD4 form: Read and understood the disclosure contents. Bid will be disqualified if disclosure is false or incomplete. Bid was arrived at independently, without consultation or agreement with competitors (joint ventures/consortia exempt). No collusion with competitors on quality, quantity, specifications, prices, methods, or delivery particulars. Bid terms not disclosed to competitors before official opening or contract award. No prior or ongoing consultations with procuring institution officials except for clarification. Not involved in drafting specifications or terms of reference. Acceptance of potential reporting to Competition Commission or NPA, administrative penalties, criminal investigation, or public sector restrictions for up to 10 years if declarations are false.
