Prices dependent on exchange rates must reference the rate used. Price escalations and conditions must be clearly indicated. All staff must be adequately trained before project commencement. DWYPD reserves the right to vet all personnel working on the project. Changes in staff must be reported to DWYPD.

The Service Provider undertakes to: conduct business professionally, provide requested documentation, comply with employment legislation (UIF, PAYE, etc.), manage internal disputes without affecting DWYPD, comply with DWYPD security and emergency policies, ensure OHS Act compliance for work and equipment, train staff adequately, inform DWYPD of staff changes, store and hand over project data confidentially, and not incur expenses without a government purchase order. DWYPD undertakes to manage contracts professionally, provide necessary information, not accept liability for damages or unagreed expenses, and pay valid invoices within 30 days. Non-compliance may result in penalties, contract cancellation, or legal action.
