Supply Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses for a period of one year. The successful bidder must fill in and sign the written contract form (MBD7). Microsoft Partner certificate is required. Contract period is fixed at 12 months with no adjustments allowed. Delivery must comply with the specifications and contract terms. Warranty: 12 months from delivery date. Penalties: 10% of invoice amount may be withheld for non-delivery as per specifications. Prices must include VAT.

Each party in a consortium/joint venture must submit a separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number. Foreign suppliers must complete the pre-award questionnaire (Part B:3). CSD Registration: Latest full CSD report (not older than 3 months) is compulsory. B-BBEE: Submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) to qualify for preference points. Municipal Clearance: Provide municipal billing clearance certificate or statement (not older than 3 months) or a lease agreement with proof of municipal rates. Local content verification for Sakhisizwe Local Municipality residents will be conducted with the Revenue Section. No bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state. Certified ID copies of directors (not older than 6 months) must be submitted.
