Evaluated on an 80/20 Preference Point system (80 for Price, 20 for Specific Goals). Specific Goals: 10 points for 51%+ Black Owned Enterprise, 5 points for KZN-based business, 5 points for 51%+ Female Owned Enterprise. Proof of status required for points.

Supply and delivery of an Advanced Power Quality Analyser with specific requirements: GPS clock sync, cellular modem (4G), Wi-Fi, outdoor enclosure, current/voltage sensors, and software. Must comply with IEC61000-4-30 Ed3.0 Class-A and IEC62586 Part 2. Includes training for staff and delivery.

Prices must include VAT. Payment terms are 30 days upon receipt of a certificate of payment. Penalties of R500.00 per calendar day apply for late delivery. Validity period is 90 days.

Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must provide valid Tax Clearance Certificate/SARS Pin. Must provide ISO9001 certification. Must provide IEC test certificates and reports. Electrical contractors must be registered with the Electrical Contractors Board (ECB).
