• Scope: Develop an Occupational Skills Programme titled 'Technology and Digital Skills Practitioner' for the MICT SETA ETQA Division.
• Key deliverables:
• Facilitate workshops (pre-scoping, scoping, profiling, knowledge component, practical component, assessment standards, RPL mechanism, accreditation toolkit, pre-verification, verification).
• Develop a bank of 60 Final Integrated Summative Assessment (FISA) instruments aligned with OQSF standards.
• Create marking rubrics and model answers for theoretical and practical assessments.
• Deliver digital assessment instruments and supporting documentation.
• Produce progress reports within three days after each consolidated workshop.
• Develop scoping report, profiling report, Skills Programme Curriculum Document, Skills Programme Document, RPL mechanism, accreditation toolkit, verification report, process report.
• Implement amendments from the QCTO and manage project feedback.
• Duration: The project must be concluded within three months, with all documentation submitted to the QCTO.

• The bidder must appoint a Project Lead Consultant (PLC) with a minimum of two years' experience in occupational programme development or qualification realignment.
• Submit the PLC's detailed CV demonstrating this experience.
• The bidder/PLC must have successfully developed or realigned at least two occupational programmes (full/part qualifications or skills programmes) in line with SAQA requirements.
• Provide evidence via curriculum and assessment specification documents downloadable from the QCTO website.
• Submit two contactable reference letters from different clients for similar work completed in the last five years.

• The Subject Matter Expert Facilitator must develop all deliverables in line with QCTO requirements.
• Key quality outputs include: Skills Programme Curriculum Document, Skills Programme Document, assessment instruments, marking rubrics, and progress reports.
• All documents and reports must comply with QCTO standards and incorporate amendments from the QCTO.
• Progress reports must be submitted within three days after each consolidated workshop.
