For consortia/joint ventures, each party must submit a separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number. Foreign suppliers must complete the Questionnaire for Foreign Suppliers if applicable. Security vetting may be required for successful bidders.
Confidentiality: ACSA will not disclose bidder information to third parties without written approval. Bidders must not disclose bid information without ACSA’s written approval. Third-party consultants must sign confidentiality agreements. Security vetting: ACSA is a National Key Point; bidders may be subjected to security vetting. Non-compliance with vetting requirements will disqualify the bidder. Intellectual Property: Use of ACSA’s IP (e.g., trademarks, logos) requires prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in a penalty of 2% of the bidder’s annual turnover. Contract duration: Validity period of 120 business days. Prices must remain firm during this period.
