Failure to submit proof forfeits Specific Goal points. SABS may verify claims post-submission.
SABS Standard Terms and Conditions apply (available at https://www.sabs.co.za/Procurement/proc_toc.asp). No contract exists until a formal agreement is signed. SABS is not liable for bidder costs incurred during preparation or submission. No advance payments will be made—payment is tied to delivery. SABS reserves the right to reject any bid, discontinue the process, or extend bid validity (120 days initially, +60 days via written notice). Bidders may refuse validity extensions but cannot amend quotations. Confidentiality is governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (Appendix A).
