Baseline safety, health and environmental (she) risk assessment services for railway safety regulator

Submit the following returnable documents: A completed Bidder’s Disclosure Form (SBD4) declaring: - Whether the bidder or any of its directors/trustees/shareholders/members/partners or controlling persons are employed by the state. Automatic disqualification if the bidder is listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers. The bidder must be a legally recognized entity (natural or juristic person).
