Stage 1B – Other Mandatory Requirements: company registration, directors’ IDs, valid Tax Clearance Certificate/SARS PIN, CSD number, bank‑account proof, completed RFQ forms.
Stage 1C – Scoring Documents (non‑mandatory): audited financial statements, B‑BBEE certificate, CIPC documents – if not submitted, zero points for that criterion.
Stage 2 – Price and Specific Goals (total 100 points):
Only bidders who pass Stage 1A will be evaluated in Stage 2.
