Submit the following returnable documents with your quotation: signed quotation form, CSD registration proof, valid tax compliance certificate, B-BBEE certificate, proof of active Microsoft CSP/LSP authorization, and track record evidence (e.g., signed reference letters or stamped delivery notes for similar Microsoft cloud deployments in the past 36 months). Failure to submit any required document will result in immediate disqualification.

Evaluation uses an 80/20 points system under the Preferential Procurement Framework Act (2000): 80 points for price (lowest price scores highest), 20 points for preference. Preference points breakdown: 10 points for 51%+ black ownership, 8 points for 30%+ women ownership, 2 points for disability ownership. B-BBEE status level contributes additional points (max 10 or 20, depending on the system). Total must equal 100%.

Supply Microsoft 365 licenses with MS Teams, valid for 1 year. Required quantities: 8x Microsoft 365 Visio Plan 2, 8x Microsoft 365 Planner and Project Plan, 30x Microsoft 365 E5 with MS Teams, 20x Microsoft 365 Premium with MS Teams, 120x Microsoft 365 Business Standard with MS Teams. Bidders must prove track record (past 36 months) and active Microsoft CSP/LSP authorization.

Track Record & Experience: Submit signed reference letters or stamped delivery notes proving successful deployment or management of similar Microsoft cloud enterprise agreements within the past 36 months. Proof of OEM Authorization: Provide certified proof of active status as an authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) or Licensing Solution Partner (LSP).

Payment terms: 30 days after statement. Quotations are subject to General Conditions of Contract (July 2010). Bidders must be CSD-registered and tax-compliant.

Mandatory: CSD registration and valid CSD report. B-BBEE minimum level: 20 points (or as per preference system). Submit valid B-BBEE certificate for ownership claims (51% black, 30% women, or disability). Proof of Microsoft CSP/LSP authorization required. Non-compliance with any requirement results in immediate disqualification.

Evaluation of Price and Preference: All bids will be evaluated on a points system based on weighted average score for Price and Preference as per the Preferential Procurement Framework Act of 2000. Preference Point allocation: 80/20. Price weighting: 80%. Preference weighting: 20%. Points for B-BBEE status level of contributor: maximum of 10 or 20 points, depending on the system.
