Submit bids electronically to [email protected] or [email protected] by 23:59 on 08 June 2026. Late submissions are disqualified. Use only official forms provided—do not retype. Clarifications/addenda will be issued by Rand Water no later than one calendar day before closing.
Submit the following returnable documents: 1) Record of previous work experience: Provide details of at least three completed projects similar to the PM maturity assessment. Include project title, detailed scope, client, contract number, contract value (excl. VAT), award date, and contact details (name, position, tel, cell, fax, email) of a reference at the client company. References must be contactable and willing to verify performance. 2) Human Resources Capacity: Provide a company organogram, clearly indicating human resources dedicated to this contract. 3) Equipment Resource Capacity: List major relevant equipment (description, capacity/size, quantity) currently owned, leased, hired, or planned to be acquired, and confirm availability for this contract. 4) Project Programme: Specify total duration (once-off or short/medium term) and expected delivery date in days/months.
