Scope: Provide professional services for the evaluation of the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) Board of Directors and its Committees for FY2024/25 and FY2025/26. Methodology: Must include qualitative and quantitative data collection, interactive facilitation techniques, and clear evaluation criteria. Timeline: FY2024/25 analysis within 4 weeks of appointment; FY2025/26 evaluation within 12-16 weeks of appointment. Expert Requirements: (1) Service provider must have >7 years of Board evaluation experience. (2) Project Manager must have NQF 8 postgraduate qualification or equivalent and >7 years of experience. (3) Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills. (4) Provide company profile, credentials, proposed methodology, work plan, project team details, and references from previous Board evaluation assignments.
Submit pricing using the prescribed schedule only. Include costs for: (a) Board Evaluation, (b) Committee Evaluation (6 committees), (c) Individual Directors (12 directors), (d) Board Chair Evaluation, (e) Committee Chairs Evaluation (6 chairs), (f) CEO Evaluation, (g) Company Secretary Evaluation. Add 15% VAT if applicable. Total must be clearly stated. Disbursements (e.g., accommodation, travel) will be reimbursed at actual cost; provide proof of expenses. Failure to use the prescribed pricing schedule may result in disqualification. Validity period: Prices must remain firm for 120 business days from bid closing date.
Mandatory compliance: (1) Tax Compliance: Submit SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number. Apply for TCS PIN via SARS e-Filing (www.sars.gov.za). If no TCS PIN, provide CSD number.
