Deliverables: 1) Annual user account for network access of hand radios (29 units, 12 months). 2) 1GB data per radio per month (28 units, 12 months). 3) Radio dispatching software (1 unit, 12 months) with features: smart application (iOS/Android), computer dispatch (PTT, fleet control, dynamic grouping), GPS tracking with geo-fences, patrol check-in (GSM), audio recording (3-month storage), 3rd-party GPS integration via API, Google address lookup, traffic overlay, all-call to fleet, cross mute/taxi configurations, cross-fleet communication, call preemption. 4) Check-up service for each radio (28 units) to ensure functionality. 5) USB Type-C hand radio chargers (28 units). Maintenance and support: Service, repair, and fixing of damaged hand radios for any defects.
