Supply and deliver tiling materials for the Mzimvubu Water Project in the Eastern Cape. Items required: 1. Tile spacer cross 3mm (2 units), 2. Knee pads (1 unit), 3. Ceramic tile 600x600 (1.44m²) Grey (45 boxes), 4. Tile Adhesive Ceramic WB11 20kg (45 units), 5. Tile Adhesive Bond liquid 5L (3 units), 6. Tile Grout 5kg Light Grey (5 units), 7. Squeegee for Grout-Non-Steel (1 unit), 8. Trowel floor steel (1 unit), 9. Tile Cutter 500mm (1 unit), 10. Cleaning Sponge for Tiles (5 units). Local content is required for all materials.

Tax Compliance: Submit a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN issued by SARS. Apply via e-filing at www.sars.gov.za. Alternatively, submit a printed TCS certificate with the bid. If no TCS PIN is available but the bidder is registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), provide a CSD number. For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors, each party must submit a separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number. No bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state, or companies/close corporations with directors/members in the service of the state. B-BBEE: Minimum Level 1-2 (QSE or EME) for 3 points. Additional preference points for Women Ownership (5), Disability Ownership (5), Youth Ownership (5), and Location (Eastern Cape Province, 2).

Successful bidders must sign a written contract form (SBD7). Contract terms are subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, and Regulations 2022, as well as General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and any special conditions. Fraudulent claims or non-fulfillment of contract conditions may result in disqualification, cost recovery, contract cancellation, business restrictions (up to 10 years), or criminal prosecution.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system. 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (Women Ownership, Disability Ownership, Youth Ownership, Location in Eastern Cape, B-BBEE Status Level 1-2). Total: 100 points. Proof of claims is required; failure to submit proof results in no points for specific goals.
