Section
Source: Eskom_-_Standard_Conditions_of_Tender_-_30_January_2025_(G20_Logo).pdfEvaluation follows the PPPFA 90/10 or 80/20 preference point system. Pricing is assessed based on criteria in the Tender Data, including CPA, FOREX, commodity exposure, discounts, technical adjustments, PV, and invoicing rates. Functionality criteria (if applicable) require meeting a minimum threshold. B-BBEE levels are scored per the CSD report or certificate/affidavit; failure to submit valid proof results in disqualification or zero points for PPPFA allocation. Specific Goals are scored based on supporting documentation; failure to meet these results in zero points. No criterion is measured twice ('double dipping'). Financial risk is assessed during evaluation. Arithmetical errors are checked and corrected. Reverse e-auction may be used for competitive pricing where applicable.
