Evaluation follows the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price, 20 points for B-BBEE status level. Tenders must first pass a functionality pre-evaluation (qualified specifications). Unclear or incomplete information results in zero points for that criterion. Minimum thresholds apply: bidders must submit all required documentation (e.g., Priced Document, Tax Clearance, CIDB registration) to qualify. Tenders will be read out in public on the closing date. No alternative tender offers will be considered.

Scope: Maintenance of the Administration Building at Mossel Bay Campus, South Cape TVET College. Work includes all necessary repairs, upkeep, and service-level maintenance as per the priced Bills of Quantities. Bidders must adhere to the Standard Conditions of Tender (CIDB Annex F, Government Notice No. 12, 2009). Joint ventures must comply with CIDB combined grading requirements (minimum 3GB or higher). Subcontractors for construction work must be registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC).

Submit a Priced Document (Rates and Final Summary Page) at tender closing. Bid validity period: 90 days. Payment terms and pricing format must align with the Priced Bills of Quantities. No alternative pricing offers will be considered. Financial capacity may be assessed via submitted documents (e.g., Tax Clearance, CIDB grading).
