Points scored for: Tenderer’s experience, key personnel, and functionality (plant and preliminary programme).

Non-refundable tender document fee: R 424.50, payable to Bitou Municipality. Proof of payment required for document collection. Performance Guarantee (letter of intent) required. Financial standing: CIDB rating of 'C' or higher. Municipality reserves the right to evaluate offers per unit rate, per section, or in total.
