Provider supplies all ICU-level medical equipment. Fixed Wing: Pressurized aircraft, Part 135 & 138 licensed, pilot with 1000+ PIC hours, accommodates 2 medical personnel, 1 stretcher patient, and 1 escort. Must include bed-to-bed transfer, ground transport, and medical equipment (oxygen, suction, ventilator). Both aircraft types require comprehensive insurance (crew, passengers, patients). Provider must facilitate EMS staff training in aircraft operations per SACAA requirements.
Submit pricing on SBD 3.2 (Pricing Schedule), inclusive of VAT. Prices are fixed for Year 1; Years 2-3 subject to CPI-based negotiation. Payment terms per GCC. Financial standing proof required (Schedule H). Successful bidder must provide performance security within 30 days of award (bank guarantee, irrevocable letter of credit, or cashier’s cheque). Contractor indemnifies the State against loss/damage claims. Payment disputes may withhold disputed amounts until resolution.
