• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and LOGIS before the closing date; bids cannot be awarded without registration.
• Provide tax compliance status: submit SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number. For joint ventures/consortia, each party must submit separately.
• Submit copy of company registration or CK documents.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state or their companies/close corporations.
• Comply with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and regulations.
• This tender is subject to the Government Procurement: General Conditions of Contract of July 2010.
• Provide B-BBEE documentation to claim specific goal points as per the evaluation criteria.

• Contract will be formed upon acceptance of the tender offer via the form of offer and acceptance.
• The employer may cancel the tender process or reject any tender offer before contract formation, without liability.

• If specific goals are claimed fraudulently, the organ of state may disqualify the bidder, cancel the contract, claim damages, restrict from public sector business for up to 10 years, or refer for criminal prosecution.
