Provision of third-party payment facilitation services (9-Year contract)

Submit in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and description. Place in the Municipal Tender Box at the Supply Chain Management Offices, 11 Lind Street, Swellendam. Late, emailed, or faxed tenders will not be accepted. Only prescribed tender documents are accepted.

Evaluation follows the 80/20 preference point system. A minimum functionality threshold of 70% is required to qualify for further evaluation. The municipality reserves the right to accept a tender in full or in part.

Facilitating third-party payments for a nine-year period. Bidders must be registered with PASA (Payments Association of South Africa) as recognized by the SARB; proof of registration is mandatory.

A non-refundable deposit of R730.00 (VAT incl.) is required to obtain tender documents. Payment details: Standard Bank, Account 280013965, Branch 050513. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.

Must include a Tax Compliance Status PIN issued by SARS. Must provide proof of PASA registration. Failure to supply all required documentation may result in the bid being rendered non-responsive.
