Emailed submissions are accepted, but you must ensure SANSA receives the complete documents by the deadline. Required returnable documents: Completed SCM-F-04 form (RFQ), signed SBD 4 declaration, CSD Registration Summary Report with compliant tax status, detailed cost breakdown (VAT-inclusive), and proof of specific goals for preference points. Additionally, attach the facilitator’s ID copy, CV/profile, qualifications, accreditations, course overview, and manual sample. All pages of the quotation must be signed by an authorised person. Disqualification risks: Incorrect or incomplete bid documents, non-compliance with specifications, late submission, not being registered on the CSD, non-compliant tax status, or altering the tender document beyond filling in your details and price.
Evaluation Criteria
Source: SCM-F-~1.PDFEvaluation follows a two-stage process: 1) Scope compliance check – bids failing to meet all scope requirements are disqualified. 2) 80/20 preference point system for qualifying bids: 80 points for price, 20 points for B-BBEE specific goals. Specific goals and points: 51% black-owned (10 points), 40% black women-owned (6 points), 51% black-owned with black youth (4 points). Proof required for each: CSD Report, CIPC registration, ID copies, share certificates/register (if applicable), and BBBEE certificate/affidavit.
