Scope: Supply, deliver, install, test, and commission 18 split prepaid single-phase meters at the swimming pool. Key deliverables: 1) Install 2 x 2-pole distribution boxes on poles with 2 x 100A circuit breakers. 2) Install 18 ready boards at designated vendor locations. 3) Install and terminate 18 Airdac cables (16mm copper, SANS 1507-6) from pole boxes to ready boards. 4) Install 18 single-pole 50A circuit breakers and 18 split prepaid meters (DIN rail-mounted, IP54, IEC/SANS compliant) with 18 keypads. 5) Test all installations for safety/functionality and commission the system. 6) Issue 18 Certificates of Compliance (COC), one per installation. Material list includes: 18 keypads, 18 split prepaid meters, 18 ready boards, 2 pole boxes (13-way, grey, IP44), 2 x 100A 3-phase circuit breakers, 18 x 50A MCBs, 200m Airdac cable, and accessories (wedge clamps, connectors, cable clips, ties). Personnel requirements: Licensed electricians (IE/MIE) and certified line workers with 2-3 years' experience in electrical works. Contractor must be CIDB EP1 registered (Electrical Engineering Works). Compliance: SANS 1507-6, SANS 1524-1, SANS 15417, IEC 62052-11/55, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2008.
