Provide a secured self-storage facility for a 24-month period starting 01 July 2026. Requirements: Service provider must be insured and located within a 20km radius of RSR Head Office at Waterfall Point Office Park, Cnr. Woodmead and Waterfall Drive, Waterfall, Midrand. The storage facility must be an enclosed building or under-cover parking to protect the trailer from sun and rain. The facility must be in a 24-hour access-controlled area and allow 24-hour access to RSR personnel. Trailer specifications: 3.45m height, 2.5m length, 2.5m width. The storage facility must have insurance covering stored content (proof of insurance required). Trailer insurance value: R449,881.00. Items inside the trailer: 2 metal stairs, 4 jack stands, and pole legs.

Submit a comprehensive quotation with prices inclusive of VAT.

Mandatory compliance documents: Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) report; Tax PIN and tax clearance certificate; Fully completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms; Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (specify financial year period, e.g., 31 March 2022); Valid company registration documentation from CIPC; Copy of the identity document of the company owner(s). Additional documents for specific goals: Valid Medical Certificate; Valid SASSA registration (where applicable); Valid National Council for Persons with Physical Disability in South Africa (NCPPDSA) registration. Failure to submit valid documents for specific goals will result in zero points for those goals.

Specific goal points are awarded as follows: 10 points for EME/QSE at least 51% owned by black people; 5 points for EME/QSE at least 51% owned by black women; 3 points for EME/QSE at least 51% owned by youth; 2 points for EME/QSE at least 51% owned by persons with disabilities. Proof of claim includes: Copy of identity document of owner(s); Valid SANAS-accredited BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD report; Valid CIPC registration; Valid Medical Certificate; Valid SASSA registration (where applicable); Valid NCPPDSA registration.
