Phased deliverables: Phase 1 (2025/26): Decommissioning/disposal of old equipment, installation of electronic boom gates, access control (facial/biometric), CCTV, intruder alarms, and security doors at specified floors/areas. Phase 2 (2026/27): CCTV, access control, and security doors at Mezzanine, auditorium, library, and floors 1, 3, 4, 7, 8; integration with existing systems.
