Submission Guidelines
Source: TENDER 01_2026.pdfSubmit completed bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender reference (TENDER-01/2026) and title. Place in the tender box at Langeberg Municipal Office, 28 Main Road, Ashton, by 12:00 on 06 March 2026. Late, faxed, or emailed tenders will be disqualified. Bid documents must be fully completed in black ink, with all pages submitted, preferably bound. Supporting documents must be stapled or bound and submitted separately.
Evaluation Criteria
Source: TENDER 01_2026.pdfTenders will be evaluated using the 80/20 Preference Point System in accordance with Langeberg Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy. The highest-scoring bidder may not be awarded if they fail to perform during contract execution; reserve bidders (second- or third-ranked) may be appointed. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
