2. Mandatory requirements – verify accreditation certificates for the training programmes listed and any other mandatory documents. Non‑compliance leads to disqualification.
3. Functionality (technical) criteria – assess project plan, methodology, resource allocation, risk management, facilitator qualifications and relevant experience.
Technical Specifications

– Facilitation by qualified trainers/assessors registered with the relevant SETA or professional body.
