Supply and delivery of 200 units of 600mm diameter concrete stormwater pipes (Class 100D) for Mzimvubu Water Project – Access Road near Maclear, Eastern Cape. Pipes must: be SANS 677/986/1200/927/10400 compliant; bear SANS approval mark; be interlocking joint type; have standard nominal lengths of ±2.5m; meet Class 100D strength requirements. Handling: No damaged/cracked pipes; use lifting holes/spreader bars for large diameters; 150mm slings for small diameters. Delivery: Within 14 days of official order; working hours 07:00-15:00 (Mon-Thu, excluding Fridays after 15:00, public holidays, last Thu/Fri of month, 10 Dec-06 Jan). Technical support: Supplier representative on-site within 24 hours; solution or replacement within 48 hours at supplier’s expense. All sourcing, transportation, and loading costs included in bid. Delivery to Ntabelanga Dam site (Coordinates: -31°07’19”S, 28°41’13”E).

All-inclusive firm bid prices required (VAT, delivery, and all costs included). Pricing must be in Rand. Bid validity: 120 days from closing date. Payment: Electronic Fund Transfer within 30 days of invoice approval; no cash/cheque or upfront payments. Delivery basis: To site (Mzimvubu Water Project near Maclear). Corrections to SBD 3.1 must be crossed out (not erased) and initialled; use of correction fluid invalidates the bid. Performance security may be required within 30 days of award notification.

Mandatory: CSD registration; tax compliance (SARS TCS PIN or CSD number); CIPC registration; B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit; 100% local content for pipes (dtic threshold). For joint ventures: Separate TCS/CSD numbers for each party; notarially certified JV agreement; full CSD reports for each member. Exemption from local content requires dtic exemption letter. Failure to comply with any mandatory requirement disqualifies the bid. Preference points forfeit if SBD 6.1 or B-BBEE documents are not submitted.
