Quantities are estimated as 4 drums per item but can change; the department reserves the right to purchase none, one, or multiple items.

Delivery period: 14 days after receipt of purchase order.
Corrections in the schedule must be crossed out neatly, with correct figures entered and initialled; using correction fluid invalidates the bid.
Financial Requirements

Submit firm prices in the SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule. Prices must be all-inclusive, covering VAT, delivery, and all other costs.
Prices must be quoted in South African Rand and include 15% VAT.
The bid offer must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.
Payment will be made monthly within 30 days of receipt and approval of a valid tax invoice, via Electronic Funds Transfer directly to the supplier's bank account.
No cash, cheque, or upfront payments will be made.
Payment is per service rendered, supported by delivery notes and signed service slips.
The department reserves the right to check quantities of work done.
Penalties for delay: If the supplier fails to deliver or perform services on time, the purchaser may deduct a penalty calculated using the current prime interest rate for each day of delay, or consider contract termination.
