Scope: Grass and shrubs cutting for the maintenance of a vacant site at ERF 116 Rautenbach, Gingindlovu. Deliverables: Four (4) cuts to be performed towards the end of March 2027. Work includes: 800 sqm of grass cutting, 1 shrub cutting, and 1 rake and dumping to the designated zone. The subtotal must be multiplied by four (4) to account for all cuts.
