The SABC is a South Africa’s national public broadcaster. The company’s objectives are to provide a comprehensive range of

conducting business with SABC for a period of 5 (Five) years from the date of dismissal.
➢ Should the employee be found guilty in a court of law due to criminal conduct/act, such employee will not be
considered to do/conduct business with SABC, until the criminal record has been legally expunged.
➢ The SABC shall not procure any goods, services, works or Content from any Board member or Board member

the right to accept a separate tender or separate tenders for any one or more of the sections of a specification. The
corporation also reserves the right to withdraw the tender at any stage.
