The College requires suitable group accommodation and conference facilities for the hosting of an SRC Camp scheduled

for 20–22 February 2026, to support leadership development activities for student leaders and staff.

Check-in: Friday, 20 February 2026

Check-out: Sunday, 22 February 2026

The preferred area for the venue is within the Southern Cape Region and/or Klein Karoo, within an approximate radius

of ±100 - 120km.

2. Group Size

• 38 Student Leaders (23 females and 15 males)

• 8 Staff Members (6 females and 2 males)

3. Accommodation Requirements

• Provide separate accommodation for male and female guests

• Be suitable for group bookings and student leadership camps

• Ensure safe, secure, and supervised accommodation

• Include clean, serviced rooms with adequate ablution facilities

• Accommodate staff members separately, preferably in designated units, if available

4. Conference Venue Requirements

• Access to a conference venue suitable for group sessions

• Seating capacity for at least 65 participants

• Adequate lighting, ventilation, and basic presentation setup

• Availability for the full duration of the camp (20–22 February 2026)

5. Kitchen and Catering Facilities

• Provide access to a kitchen facility

• Allow for meal preparation and/or catering arrangements

• Comply with health and safety regulations

6. General Requirements

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations

• Provide secure premises suitable for students

• Specify check-in and check-out times

• Indicate availability for the specified dates
